Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

When I leave the inbox (to click on another directory) and then go back
to the inbox, all the previously opened messages have disappeared. Only
the "non"-opened" messages remain appearing.

After having forced Evolution to shutdown and being gone to the
~/.evolution/mail/local directory, I see that files with "index" or
"index.data" extensions have appeared. I read on a website that the
cause is a power cut, but I wasn't the "victim" of such a problem. So,
what's wrong ?
