Developers/designers need to think about netbook (& others) display size (1024x600), and not like Unity which while claiming to be designed for netbooks, makes you wonder if the developer has ever used it on a netbook and/or tried to do any work with it on one.
So yup, compact header display, font size adjustments for the menus/panes (side bar, message list, just the ability to reduce overall font size would be nice), and of course that ridiculous, non-adjustable preference pane size. There are other things that could be improved — the status can be slimmer, as could the switcher icons. Also, personally I think enough with the rounded corners just because you can. Also, hard to believe this has been open for years now. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/285401 Title: Enhancment request, compact headers on evolution message preview pane -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
