Hi Pascal, According to the alsa-info report, internal mic is muted, can you please try the following: start alsamixer in a terminal with this command: "alsamixer -D hw:Intel" * Navigate to the "Internal Mic" and make sure it's not muted (press the "M" button to toggle) * Navigate to "Internal Mic Boost" and make sure it's all the way up * There are two "Input Source" controls, make sure they're both set to "Internal Mic".
Then try again. If this does not help, there is one more thing to try.
