Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: usb-creator

Followed the instructions here: http://www.jonobacon.org/2010/11/30
/testing-natty-and-unity-safely-with-a-usb-stick/

LiveUSB created is not persistent although I chose max space available
(3.1GB) and casper-rw seems to be created. Other than lack of
persistence, everything else seems to work as well as can be expected
from a daily ISO.
