Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: humanity-icon-theme

Terminal and Root Terminal have the exact same icon. This makes it
impossible to tell the difference without hovering over the icon
(revealing name) if both icons are added to the panel. Considering both
entries are listed in Applications > Accessories in GNOME, this is
pretty annoying.

Might be more of a papercut.
