I've the same issue. I try to reinstall and I'm sure that I haven't clicked on next, I still don't have the boot option. Is it possible that this also happens when you have no internet connection? I've een HTPC with a wireless connection. During the ubiquity there is no connection avaible. I can't confirm it, because I can't get my HTPC to a wired connection.
