I'm pretty sure I'm seeing this bug as well, but in a different way. I run UNR 10.04.1 LTS, which runs most applications full screen all the time. Steps to reproduce:
1. Highlight an icon in netbook-launcher by mousing over it. 2. Switch away from netbook-launcher, either by launching an application or using ALT-TAB. 3. Move the mouse away from the icon's screen position. 4. Switch back, using CTRL-ALT-TAB or the button in the top left corner. 5. The icon that was highlighted remains highlighted, even though the mouse is no longer over it. If the mouse is moved over a second icon, BOTH are highlighted. The only way to unhighlight the first icon is to move the mouse over it then away.
