Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: hal

Lid state of my hp 530 is not changing when the lid button is pressed.
When I do cat /proc/acpi/button/lid/C20C/state it shows open, pressing
the lid button manually and doing cat /proc/acpi/button/lid/C20C/state
again open. lshal -m also doesn't detect any change.
