Hi, I am happy to confirm that yes, with the latest feisty release the DHCP leasing has indeed stopped failing. I waited a little while before writing here, because I wanted to make sure it wasn't just a temporary thing. I has now consistently reassociated for 3 days or so.
I *think* this bug can be considered closed - at least for feisty. Can anybody/everybody confirm this?
