Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

restart of firefox is disrupted. Closed firefox still running in hidden,
and reopening of firefox calls message "firefox is allready running"

It is possible to overcome the mistake by closing the firefox from
system monitor - firefox-bin - end process. But closing by usual way
does not work (it closes only visible window, not the process).
