Impacts some Dell systems.

Summary: The kill-switch for wifi does not notify network-manager
Steps to reproduce:
1) Press kill-switch
Expected result: Wifi and bluetooth disabled
Actual result: Bluetooth is disabled, wifi will try to connect to the AP
rfkill will only show bluetooth and not wifi

Affects Lucid and Maverick; this has been fixed in linux 2.6.36 by
commit 410d44c74cf9942e3055d5b7d73953fac8efbacb .
