Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: upower

On a Sony Vaio VPCM11M1E, when the power cable is unplugged a
notification dialog reports that the battery is critically low even
though it is fully charged. The notification applet still shows a full
battery.

The dialog is titled "Power Manager" and the error reported is "Laptop
battery critically low. Computer will hibernate very soon unless it is
plugged in".

No other issues associated with this other than the erroneous report.
