Thanks for taking time to report this bug. Could you click on Help>Debug
a window will popup there is a drop down menu, select butterfly there
and then click on the 'clear' button. then come to empathy accounts,
disable and then re-enable your msn account and when the empathy spinner
stops click on the save button in the debug window and attach the text
file to this bug report.
