Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

evolution makes it very hard to read email threads in a chronological
manner.

threads are currently presented in the following way:
initial message
- response [last]
- response [last but one]
- response [last -2]
- response [last -3]
- response [last -4]
 [...]
- response [first]
- initial message

first of all, this duplicates the initial message in thread view ->
quite confusing.

The most frequently used ways of sorting email views are "unread on top" and
"last on top", in both cases the most recent messages are on top.
In that respect, Thread View = TRUE should result in just the same: most recent
messages on top.
This is consistent and presents the user with a continuous timeline of messages.

The Subject of a thread should remain the original title without "Re".

** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
