For me this is a bug of most importance. 
None previous versions took so long to boot with wifi enabled. My Feisty could 
take something like 20s but takes almost 1min (something like 40s or more).
So it hangs something like 20s just in "configuring network interfaces".
The roaming thing is a great idea, network manager is also really good, but 
this boot time really annoys anyone.

Roaming is enabled for me for all my network devices and my
/etc/network/interfaces is big too, include all the space above the
command (five line breaks in the end):

$ cat /etc/network/interfaces

auto lo
iface lo inet loopback


auto eth1
iface eth1 inet dhcp

auto eth2
iface eth2 inet dhcp

auto ath0
iface ath0 inet dhcp

auto wlan0
iface wlan0 inet dhcp
