Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: software-center

it is happening frequently that when i install software through software
centre, that it downloads the software, but then fails to install it
completely. it hangs with message "Applying changes", in his case i am
installing Vuze, but it happened with other packages as well.

Previously i got it fixed by rebooting, running Update mamager and re-
installing same software, i will do the same again.

Paul
