Binary package hint: ubiquity
The installer crashed while attempting to install onto a system. I
selected "use entire disk" and it looked as though the partitioning
succeeded and the filesystem creation also succeeded. It was after
copying files to the disk had completed and the installer started
installing software that it blew up.
