Just a small comment about usability:
"All apps" has to show all applications - everything else would lead to 
confusion at the side of the users.

If for performance reasons the developers decide to show only 100 applications 
then this should be reflected by the name. 
E.g.
"First 100 apps"
Well, the more you think about it the clearer it becomes that there should be 
no limit.
