I'm not sure how much it's relevant, but since I'm looking at bug 675862
which is similar: I think the launcher should be handled in a similar
way as the panel would be. As such, the code I have to far for bug
675862 resizes both the panel and launcher to the size of the monitor
they are being shown on.

My reasoning is that if the panel spanning on multiple monitors is an
issue, the launcher doing the same will likely be as well for monitor
configurations with multiple monitors on top of each other. Limiting the
size of both those windows to the size of the "primary" screen fixes
folding as well. Hopefully I'm not missing some discussion about this
from the ayatana ML.

Should this be marked as a duplicate, or am I looking at it wrong?
