This is a considerably bigger problem in Firefox 4 builds.  With the
throbber gone by default (I think?) and the status bar outright removed,
the only remaining indication that a page is loading is the throbber in
a tab's favicon.  And the tab isn't in a consistent place, so you have
to hunt for it first.

I've been on 4 full-time for a couple weeks now, and several times I've
found myself confused as to whether Firefox is actually doing anything,
even with FIOS.
