I am reluctant to do that for three reasons: (1) I do not know what
else that would effect. I have been badly burned in the past using
repositories before they are released. (2) There is an error message:
"There was an unknown error communicating asynchronously with the
backends: Malformed message was sent" and I would like to know what that
means and (3) although there appear to be many authentication problems
people have I have found no reports of the problem I have. This leads
me to suspect that this is a deeper problem than just this application
so I would be better (IMO) exploring my system as it is rather than
making such a fundamental change as enabling the next releases
repositories.
