While this will allow Empathy to display more contacts on the screen
simultaneously, I'm concerned this may give the impression to some users
that this is a different application. I think in this case a consistent
user experience should be maintained across all computers. Also, how
would it be decided what was a Netbook? The whole point of creating a
difference version of Ubuntu for the netbook was so that it could use
Unity while the desktop didn't. Now that Unity is going to be the
default, there way not be a netbook edition in the future.
