Dear Ubuntu Authorities,

I need to tell you that, yeah, there's still the issue. Ethernet is still
disabled, and I can't still access the internet.
Its just that updating from a previous version to the new one is not that
successful, that's why I'm gonna have to try the new releases you are
offering.

Anyways, thanks a lot for your help. I wan't you to know that I really like
using ubuntu. It just needs a few adjustments with its installation
properties like:

1. Allow updating to the newer version from the CD or the iso image itself.
2. Make a better WUBI installation- it keeps failing.
3. Try and start promoting 64-bit version, its the future.

Thanks again.

Mrinal Saurabh
