I didn't see an up-to-date Ubuntu package for tovid, and I couldn't find
an up-to-date Debian package of another variety elsewhere, either. I
banged my head on the keyboard for a while and brought the old tovid
package up to date. While the project doesn't necessarily use autoconf,
my package uses it because I wanted to change it as little as possible,
and didn't feel like making a new one from scratch. I plan to fix it,
but for now I mostly want to get to bed (it's ~3am).

I'm sure my package is gimmicky in some ways, but I want to improve it
and if it turns out that this isn't a priority for anyone else, I'd be
happy to continue working on it.

In the meantime, your Ubuntu users at least have something they can use
to get a proper installation of tovid.
