PS : It removed cairo-dock as well
Apparently, the libwebkitgtk used by cairo-dock and the other applications are 
not in the same version.

But the thing I found strange is that the package manager did not ask me
whether I wanted to keep cairo or install the updates. I know that given
the fact that I installed the cairo-dock package manually, it has been
given a priority in order not to be remove, but I personally think that
the update manager should ask the user if he wants to keep the package
he installed manually,or proceed with the updates.
