Everything looks just fine.  Even update-manager, which was the package
complaining, is fully up to date.

It does seem there is an older package left over though.  You may
consider running:

sudo apt-get clean

That will clear out older downloaded packages from the system.

Are you experiencing any other issues with update-manager as of now?
