Hey Fabien, The templates are all about opinionated choices. Otherwise, you can argue "why using gtk and not qt, or let that as an option", why using "bzr and not git"? and so on… So, for fixing your issue, you should create a new template with a new boilerplate importing almost or all the Quickly ubuntu-application commands. You can have a look at the ubuntu-cli template which has 0 line of Quickly command code, and is just a new boiler plate using ubuntu-applications commands.
