Public bug reported:
fai-nfsroot depends on "live-initramfs", but
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/maverick/i386/live-initramfs says
"DELETED". It's supposedly superseded by "live-boot", but that package
isn't found as well... And in Natty, "live-initramfs" is back!
