No, non of the other GNOME3 modules should be required. As I said, if the new gnome-terminal is installed we might inherit some of it's settings but if it isn't there it won't matter.
Anjuta3 isn't very useful without the new glade3 (and as such the glade plugin available) because all the tutorial that will soon show up on developer.gnome.org assume that you have Anjuta3 with glade enabled.
