The automatic upgrade from paths to UUIDs only works for drives that are
connected at the point you upgrade, or for those special devices made by
the installer.

Since this is an fstab entry you added yourself, and it apparently
wasn't connected during the update, it won't have been updated for you.

Since you knew how to edit the fstab yourself, it's not too bad to edit
it yourself, and this will be mentioned in the feisty release notes.
