I would be more comprehensible for all if you speak in english :)
First, these tow packages do not belong to ubuntu distribution. So, for 
reporting a bug related specifically to Ubuntu, it should not involve external 
packages. But I don't think it's that which causes troubles.
I have an idea of the problem. If I make no mistake, eagle-usb module is not 
anymore included in the kernel provided by Ubuntu for feisty contrary to the 
kernel of edgy, so there is two possibilities:
- use ueagle module (integrated in the kernel) which intend to replace 
eagle-usb module
- compile eagle-usb module (eagle-usb-modules-source)

For answering to your question: yes your modem should be able to
function with feisty.
