That's most certainly not a bug in debian-archive-keyring.  OTOH, just
trying to remove various keyring packages and still expecting it to work
is... interesting at best.  It seems that there was a missing dependency
somewhere ubuntu-keyring-ish, but given that the bug's dating back to
8.10 and was a single instance, I'm closing it.
