knnwow, this is not possible as we speak. compiz is known to cause such problems for a long time. I know it is annoying having the procedure repeated every time you want to use some programs, but it's the only solution we have. Perhaps someone could write a script for doing this automatically for every application inside a pre-defined group by the user. And reverting back to compiz the same way.
