Please either a) upgrade and test or b) increase the verbosity of the steps to recreate it so we can try again. If you can reproduce this issue in a current, supported version of Ubuntu 10.04 or 10.10, please change status above to "New" and upload updated logs by running apport-collect 287439, and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
