It's affecting me as well. Motherboard: ASUS® M4A87TD/USB3, latest BIOS, AMD Phenom X4 CPU. System Ubuntu 10.10 AMD64, with proposed repository enabled and updated. Computer won't hibernate/suspend from menu until I disable USB3 port in BIOS options. Please tell which files I should upload to give you enough information about this problem.
