Who is fixing this bug? Even after disabling s.m.a.r.t. and hdparm, and even zeroing the disk and clean installing ubuntu, I still get the "command failed: IDENTIFY DEVICE" errors on my "ATA-8: Mushkin MKNSSDCL60GB-DX, 340A13F0, max UDMA/133" SSD.
