I am trying to do localization of Ubuntu for Sindhi language. So far,
the locale file sd_PK has been included in Ubuntu and is part of the new
11.04. Sindhi keyboard is still not included but hopefully will.
Translation team is also working to translate Ubuntu into Sindhi.
I am using 11.04 and using Sindhi locale and translations. Sindhi uses
Arabic script and hence is an RTL (right-to-left) language. But the
desktop and applications direction is not RTL even though the
translation files are installed and the locale is set. I don't know but
I think this setting is not part of the locale file. So how do I change
the interface to RTL? Also, I would like to make the locale RTL in the
next release.
If this has to do with the locale file (sd_PK) I can fix it. Please let
me know how to do it. Otherwise, please fix it.
