Binary package hint: compiz
Window snapping snaps the windows to the bounding boxes of their shadows, not
to the window borders.
This might have a nice side effect of automatically padding all floating
windows, but it is logically incorrect.
We do not aim to snap to a shadow, but to a physical border.
