Just tried the the Natty daily from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ telling me it's running 2.6.38-1.28
Not working for me with E6510 HD 1920x1080 (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video- intel/+bug/648335 for hardware info).
