I just repeated the same steps that went through when the crash first occurred but sadly it did not crash. Here's the website that I was looking at in case that helps, but like I said it didn't crash for me: http://www.real.com/linux/?src= I pressed the yellow download button and it crashed (when I reported the problem) but isn't crashing now. I'll understand if you can't do much. I'll tinker around with it a bit and if I can get it to crash, i'll mail you the crash log if any. By the way, how do you get a crash log? Do I need to set my user attributes to allow crash dumps? I've forgotten the magic trick to do that.
