ok, just checked with feisty beta and OOo 2.2. With Beryl as my window manager - no bug. If I start OOo with Openbox as my window manager - bug occurs, menu is far right of rightmost screen. If I start OOo w/ Beryl, but switch to Openbbox - no bug, unless I move the window from one monitor to the other, then the bug occurs.
