Thanks for reporting this. Sounds like Miro is stealing focus from rhythmbox which would make sense considering rhythmbox is hidden. Although miro is minimized also so it should not be doing this. Marking invalid for indicator-sound. The issue does not belong here. Sounds like a window manager issue coupled with Miro, but I can't be sure.
