I checked if these two recommended packages are installed with the 
Debian Package Search. It reported that they are both there (version 
5.1.41-3ubuntu12.9)

Torrentflux is in a kind of stuck state now. It does work, it cannot be 
uninstalled... Well, honestly, if there is no simple solution to it, 
with as much computer administration experience as I have, I am not 
confident enough to risk anything more complicated. I reported this bug 
just to let the team know that it happened. If nobody else has 
experienced it, than it's probably just my crooked hands inspired by 
lack of experience.
