Guido Scalise: you need to get a newer kernel seing as you are using the LiveCD you need to get a new LiveCD :( or you could try disabling the JMicron controller from BIOS and sticking with the intel SATA ports see bug 84964 (havent tried myself) although you would need a SATA CD/DVD drive to boot the LiveCD from. Which I didnt have and you dont appear to have.
