Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver
First time I report anything. Not sure. this disk in use is the recent
9.1 - 64 bit on an AMD. Received from the Linux magazine.
What I was doing, with the live disk, was using gparted to correct an
error with the loading of the already installed and updated Ubuntu 9.1
(updated as yesterday.) This would not go past " waiting for /tmp"
The message appeared whilst I was downstairs waiting for the resize to
finish.
My own fault, perhaps, I was resizing a lafge partition to reduce the
number of partitions on that particular drive.
For your interest, I deleted yesterday my copy of XP on this desktop -
because I wish to migtrate totally to Linux - to date the intention is
Ubuntu.
