Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compizconfig-settings-manager

Most of the well know presets for the plugins have been gone.

Some examples:

In Maverick, you could simply zoom/unzoom the Desktop with the mousewheel while
pressing [Super].
Also it was possible to get windows to the foreground when in Skale-Mode with
the right Mousebutton.

Those are just two examples. Many other bindings have been gone, too.
