Binary package hint: unity

When you drag an unfocused window into the titlebar, you get a maximized
window with window controls and controls in the top panel.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Maximize window
2) Drag and unmaximized window from titlebar (do not release drag, the window 
should be unfocused)
3) Drag the window back into the titlebar
