Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-control-panel

Right now, the mouseover appearance of the main tabs in the Control
Panel is the same no matter if the corresponding tab is active (dark) or
not (light). This behavior is not in line with the one of regular GTK
toggle buttons in the Ambiance theme. They have two distinct appearances
for the mouseover state depending on whether the button is toggled or
not.

What I suggest in the case of the Control Panel to only slightly
increase the brightness of the active dark tabs when the mouse pointer
is moved above them.
