It is also the hard default for LibreOffice on gnome: http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-openoffice/libreoffice.git;a=blob;f=patches/human-icons-add.diff;h=8335e9096174db910603a30778e973f3aa2428ac;hb=refs/heads/ubuntu-natty-3.3.1#l79 libreoffice-gtk still recommends libreoffice-style-tango, as that is the standard gnome/freedesktop theme.
