  Ubuntu 10.04 (64 bit )
   has a bug in CPU Frequency Scaling for
  AMD Phenom II 1055T Six Core Processor - 2.80GHz

  even at 20% to 30% or more on all core the Frequency stays at 800 MHZ it
  does NOT Scale to 2.8GHZ
